Our Cold Chain Process

From processing to your door, temperature is controlled at every step.

1. Processing

All chicken is processed fresh daily in our temperature-controlled, MPI-approved facility in Glendene.

2. Packing

Products are packed immediately after processing and moved to dedicated cold storage rooms.

3. Loading

Orders are loaded directly from cold storage into our refrigerated delivery trucks each morning.

4. Delivery

Our refrigerated trucks maintain optimal temperature throughout transit, right to your kitchen door.
